Having worked for many years as a Family Law solicitor, I decided to postpone my career when I married and had children. After a break, I realised that I wanted to pursue an entirely different profession and having always been fascinated by holistic medicine was drawn to reflexology based on my own past experiences. I now practice as a fully qualified clinical and therapeutic reflexologist having trained with The Three Shires School of Reflexology

I aim to provide my clients with a relaxing and calming experience. I believe that my grounded, caring and personalised approach optimises the support that reflexology can give in promoting health and wellbeing.

My philosophy is simple. A quietened mind helps restore the body’s natural balance which is the best way of ensuring that we get the best out of ourselves both mentally and physically.

So whether you are looking for support for a specific health issue or just needing to recharge, I can offer advice on a treatment most suited to your needs.

I operate from my home in Long Marston, Warwickshire, which is situated on the edge of the Cotswolds. My home based therapy room offers privacy in a peaceful and tranquil setting with plenty of parking space.

Fiona’s approach is caring, attentive and professional.  After just one treatment I noticed a visible difference in the tone of my skin and I had a lovely glow.  Facial Reflexology can give you younger looking skin, but the benefits go far beyond beauty.  The healing aspects are the real benefit.

I am a registered member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and as such am governed by the strict codes of practice and fully insured.

I am qualified to level 5: The Centralia Reflexology Mastership, which is currently the highest grade of professional training in the UK.

I am qualified in the Bergman Zone Method of Facial Reflexology.
